Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in indirect tax compliance at state and local levels
  • Familiarity with VAT/GST compliance
  • Proficiency in SAGE is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong accounting and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to retrieve and analyze data effectively
  • Experience in researching tax laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in tax software applications
  • Strong skills in Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication skills
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in accounting or a closely related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in public accounting or industry
  • CPA or CPA eligibility is preferred but not required
