Job Title: Account Executive

At Rebellion Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Strategy team and subject matter experts to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with client goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client businesses and marketing objectives, ensuring our work product consistently meets their needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and client-specific challenges to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively facilitate high-level discussions with clients to anticipate evolving needs and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings to provide clients with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper management of client retainer hours and budgets.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing or executing digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media campaigns, SEO, paid search and paid media campaigns, website builds, video production, web design, and email marketing.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and think strategically on behalf of clients.
  • Strong experience with MS Office products, including Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Prior marketing agency experience is preferred, as is experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
What We Offer:

Rebellion Group offers a semi-hybrid work schedule, requiring at least 4 days per week in our Cheshire office, with one of those days being Wednesday. Occasional travel may be required, including car visits to clients in NY, NJ, and MA, and flight travel (typically only 1-2 days/quarter).
