As a PRN Technician, you will have the chance to work across our various locations, gaining invaluable insights into the rewarding nature of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering physical therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Prepare and apply therapeutic modalities as directed.
- Supervise patients during therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain a keen awareness of patient needs and provide timely assistance.
- Offer constructive verbal feedback to patients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve a patient arrival rate of 90% or higher.
- Support front desk operations by answering calls and assisting with patient scheduling and co-pay collection.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that prioritizes service excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Devote full attention to the patients at ProActive Physical Therapy Centers.
- Confirm patient appointments through follow-up calls.
- Assist with clinic organization, including scanning and filing documents.
- Ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Accurately document patient exercise data.
- Promote the core values of ProActive Physical Therapy Centers.
- Follow up with patients who miss scheduled appointments.
