Paraprofessional Assistant

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a public school setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in paraprofessional or special education roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with supervision, activities, and students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Help develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
- Assist with behavioral management and support a positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to varying needs and work effectively in a team environment.
