About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Scientist - Embryology to join our team at InVia Fertility Specialists. This is a full-time position with core hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday and occasional weekend coverage.

The successful candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a biological, chemical, or physical science and proven experience in tissue culture and sterile techniques.

As a Laboratory Scientist - Embryology, you will be responsible for the independent execution of all routine technical procedures in the laboratory, adhering to established protocols, procedures, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sperm samples for procedures.
  • Inseminate oocytes.
  • Assess fertilization outcomes.

Other key duties include culturing and grading embryos, performing micromanipulation techniques, and carrying out embryo transfers.

A competitive salary of $68,000 per year, based on experience, is offered for this role. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
