Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Club Sales and Draft Performance
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales unit goals
    • Manage guest traffic, including web leads, telephone inquiries, and club visits
    • Ensure proper handling of sales tools, including value tours, price presentations, and closing techniques
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Member Experience
    • Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and loyalty
    • Facilitate member feedback and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
    • Plan and execute club events, including fitness challenges and social activities
    • Conduct daily club walks to inspect facilities, equipment, and cleanliness
  • Team Experience
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff members
    • Provide coaching and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to inform business decisions
    • Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective operations and communication
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage club budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment
    • Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and clean facility
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the fitness industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in sales, fitness, or hospitality
  • College degree preferred
  • Effective communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification required
