Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clients.
- Gain experience as an automotive mechanic across a diverse range of domestic and international vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to swiftly address customer concerns.
- Adhere to and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot problems, meet deadlines, and achieve exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Positive demeanor and a commitment to customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
- Aiming for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Capable of working with tools on vehicles elevated above head.
- Ability to work in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
