Job Summary

The Dental Clinic Navigator plays a vital role in the success of our dental services. They will be responsible for greeting patients, facilitating communication, and coordinating patient care. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and others to Mary's Center.
  • Foster a positive and efficient office environment by modeling professional performance and conduct.
  • Adhere to all Mary's Center's confidentiality & HIPPA policies.
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and provide appropriate assistance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental office is desired.
