This position is located in the Nursing Department at the Veterans Home of California-Ventura. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide exceptional care and support to our veterans.
Working ConditionsThis position requires working overtime, some holidays, and weekends. Employees of CalVet will be required to follow state or county public health guidelines and requirements enacted in accordance with infectious disease prevention and control.
Special Requirements- The position requires a Background Investigation clearance prior to being hired.
- The position requires a Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate. You will be required to provide a copy of your certificate prior to being hired.
- Successful completion of a live scan and a pre-employment physical (including drug testing for certain civil service classifications) will be required.
