Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring adherence to company processes and guidelines.
  • Track upcoming payments and follow up on pending open payments as necessary.
  • Communicate directly with vendors regarding client-related matters, including payments, invoices, and other issues.
  • Monitor daily client activity, handle requests, and conduct timely follow-ups on outstanding matters.
  • Review bank balances daily and fund accordingly.
  • Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations at the direction of the Account Manager.
  • Complete billing timesheets daily.
  • Sort, scan, and process incoming mail.
  • Prepare and send outgoing client mail.
  • Prepare checks for deposit.
  • Download monthly payroll reports and record as necessary or instructed by the Account Manager.
  • Work closely with business management teams to ensure clean and accurate books.
  • Submit and maintain client medical claims.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with Agillink or equivalent platform - preferred but not required.
  • Accounting degree - preferred but not required.
  • Business management experience - preferred but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $68,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
