  • Government Contracting Savvy: Have a solid understanding of Cost Accounting Standards and the nuances of accounting for government contracting.
  • Communicator: Possess strong communication skills to articulate complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: Be able to distill complex details into actionable insights for management.
  • Dynamic: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and take pride in driving the business forward.
