As an Aquatics Swim Instructor at Life Time Fitness, you will play a vital role in helping our members improve their swimming skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, teaching swimming lessons and Aquatics events, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized pool area.

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provide a safe, clean, and organized pool area
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs

• Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.50 and paying up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
