We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care plans, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse license
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Current AHA ACLS Certification
- Current AHA PALS or ENPC
- CPI Certification within 6 months of hire
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree)
- Additional languages preferred
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of patient acuity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
