Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and medical needs.
- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, ensuring timely and compliant documentation of care provided.
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management, promoting patient independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience.
