Job Overview:

VIP Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Composite Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Refurbishment Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs on aircraft components using advanced techniques and materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Develop and implement repair plans to ensure accurate and efficient results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete complex repair projects within tight deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in fiberglass or composite repair is required.
  • Strong understanding of wet lay-up techniques, epoxy resins, and fiberglass or carbon cloth is essential.
  • Familiarity with pre-preg and vacuum bagging processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $18/hour salary
  • Monday - Friday schedule
