Adjunct Professor of Computer Information Technologies

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor to teach and develop curriculum in Computer Information Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science, information science, or a related field, with the ability to communicate complex concepts at an introductory/intermediate level.
Responsibilities:- Teach and develop curriculum in Computer Information Technologies, including courses on productivity applications, programming, operating systems, database management, networking, and Web development.
- Prepare and provide students with course outlines that support learning objectives set forth in the course syllabus.
- Develop and measure learning outcomes, assess student performance, and maintain grade records.
- Create an effective learning environment through the use of a variety of instructional methods.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to complete scheduled program reviews and revise the curriculum.
- Participate in departmental, divisional, campus, and college meetings and committees.
- Support the college's goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information science, or a related field, with relevant professional experience. A strong background in industry-related software and systems, including industry certifications, is also required.
