Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at WellSpan Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement anesthesia management plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists
- Administer anesthetic agents and monitor patient parameters
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Respond to emergencies and establish patient airways as needed
- Transport patients to and from surgical areas and provide post-anesthesia care
- Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles and provide age-specific care
- Participate in safety education programs and root cause analyses to improve patient care and safety
- Enhance professional growth and development through ongoing education and training
- Masters degree in nurse anesthesia required
- 1 year of relevant experience in nurse anesthesia or a related field
- Current licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a certified registered nurse anesthetist
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
