Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at WellSpan Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement anesthesia management plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists
  • Administer anesthetic agents and monitor patient parameters
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Respond to emergencies and establish patient airways as needed
  • Transport patients to and from surgical areas and provide post-anesthesia care
  • Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles and provide age-specific care
  • Participate in safety education programs and root cause analyses to improve patient care and safety
  • Enhance professional growth and development through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Masters degree in nurse anesthesia required
  • 1 year of relevant experience in nurse anesthesia or a related field
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a certified registered nurse anesthetist
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
