Key Responsibilities- You will serve as a patient-care innovator, utilizing your specialized knowledge and skills to shape exceptional patient journeys.
- You will evaluate learning needs of patients and/or family members, providing education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- You will advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
- A current state RN license is required; additional requirements include Basic Life Support certification and ACLS/PALS within six months of hire.
- One year of experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
