Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Unit Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practices.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • At least 1 year of Nursing experience.
