Job Summary

Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Painter/Blaster to join our team in the Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX area. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for applying various coatings to structural steel and large diameter pipe in a blast yard setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply coatings to structural steel and large diameter pipe using spray equipment
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including blast machines and coating applicators
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Knowledge of spray applying various coatings on structural steel and large diameter pipe
  • Working knowledge of all equipment and ability to troubleshoot when needed
  • Valid TWIC card
  • Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of previous industrial blasting and coating experience
