We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

The CT Technologist will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures. This will involve working closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
  • Work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Monitor patients during CT scans to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
Requirements

To be successful as a CT Technologist at Terre Haute Regional Hospital, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited program for Radiographers
  • Current state licensure or permit to practice medical imaging
  • Ability to work well and communicate with all staff
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
