About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction management and general contracting firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skyline of our city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
  • Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques, upholding our company's reputation for excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process, including building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with strong leadership and team building abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
