About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Great Plains Division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and executing content across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to advance conservation goals
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Manage and maintain our online presence, including website content and e-newsletters
  • Collaborate with staff across job functions and geographies to ensure our social media presence aligns with our organizational priorities and values
  • Track and report metrics and trends relevant to our social media accounts and web pages
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in marketing to diverse audiences and creating engaging content for social media platforms
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for social media metrics reporting and experience with social media scheduling software
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
