About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a delivery truck to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
  • Carefully unload products from the trailer and place them in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance our client experience.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
