Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Orthopedic/Spine unit at Mercy Rogers. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing orthopedic and spine surgery
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support Certification through an American Heart Association approved program
  • At least one year of previous experience in clinical nursing
