Requirements:

Training Program:

The 6-week training program consists of 3 weeks of instruction and practice on the training yard in Ashland City, TN, and 3 weeks of over-the-road training with an experienced In-Cab Trainer.

After training, drivers will be assigned their own Freightliner Cascadia with APU and will go on the road as an OTR Driver.

Van drivers with no experience will start at $0.45 cpm, with an average of 2500 miles/week and out an average of 7-10 days.

The company pays for Unload, Layover, Escorted Miles, Border Crossing, and more. Pay Reviews at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year of employment. Annual reviews after the first year.
