Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Baker Assistant to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting our Baker in creating high-quality cakes that meet our strict standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Baker in preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking
  • Place cake pans in the oven and monitor the baking process
  • Package and label baked cakes according to our standards
  • Track inventory of baked goods and provide daily production reports
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized baking area, including tables, equipment, and tools
Requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift moderate to heavy weights (up to 50 pounds)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Baker or in a related role
  • Knowledge of commercial-grade ovens and bakery equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
