Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our Airborne Systems team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and oversight to a team of electrical engineers, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers in the development of hardware designs for Airborne System programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and position the business for future requirements
  • Collaborate with other engineering managers and business leaders to drive business success
  • Provide technical input to engineering management and link project IP strategy to business roadmaps
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and status reports, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on complex multi-core microprocessor designs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical direction and oversight to a team of engineers
  • Strong understanding of electrical design concepts, principles, and theories, with the ability to apply or develop highly advanced technologies
