About the Position

The Yolo County Office of Education is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Education Program Manager - Equity and Access. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with school districts and community organizations to develop and implement programs that promote educational equity and access for all students.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our four-year strategic plan, which includes initiatives such as creating a countywide transitional kindergarten to grade 16 program, innovating and collaborating with school districts to close access and opportunity gaps, engaging students in model education programs, and increasing innovative practices in administrative services. You will also be involved in recruiting and developing a high-quality and diverse team of educators and support staff.
