Job Summary:

The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for coordinating and directing Nursing activities in accordance with current standards of practice and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital functions on designated shifts, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous improvement and excellence in nursing practices.
  • Manage personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes staff development and growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to personnel during off-hours and weekends, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Ensure staff compliance with core measures, maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital setting.
