Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in Prince George's County, MD, to fill multiple Speech-Language Pathologist positions for the upcoming school year.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address students' needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Stay current with the latest research and techniques in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
  • Active Maryland state license (or eligibility)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Reliable and professional work ethic
