RN Floor Supervisor - Full Time Day Shift

Job Summary:

PruittHealth is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and ensure timely interventions.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
