We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our retail team at Holiday Station Stores. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the fuel console, lottery machine, and other equipment.
- Perform multi-function duties as needed, including receiving and verifying vendor deliveries and controlling merchandise and cash shortages.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
As a Team Member, you will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision. You will be exposed to occasional noise and extreme cold temperatures while performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer.
Physical Demands- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour of workday.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands up to all day.
