Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/ managers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the Department of Health required.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
