Fleet Technician

Ready to Haul, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Fleet and Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and making repairs as needed to ensure the efficient operation of our fleet.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of our equipment, identifying potential issues before they become major problems. This will involve collaborating closely with project managers and supervisors to ensure equipment needs are met on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for documenting maintenance activities and interacting with clients and colleagues.
