Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced LPN to provide one-on-one care to a pediatric patient with a G-tube. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS CPR card.
