Qualifications and Experience:

  • LPN professional license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year previous nursing in acute care or sub-acute care setting required.
  • Home care experience preferred.
  • Effective written, verbal, and electronic communications skills.
  • Ability to work with varied population.
