Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week Radiology Technologist travel assignment opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to physicians and other healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, including monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure, depending on the unit.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
