Job Title: Director Enterprise Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that drives ED&A objectives, contributes to PVH overall business objectives, and satisfies customer expectations.
  • Define and lead product execution strategy for Data & Analytics products and platform.
  • Establish a clear product roadmap that outlines the vision, features, and timelines for product development and enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, Scrum Masters, and BA's, guiding them in their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing feedback to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and other TPG stakeholder/dependent teams, to translate business requirements into product features, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Coordinate and drive successful product launches, working closely with business stakeholders and product owners to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Manage the product management budget, allocate resources effectively, and make strategic decisions on resource allocation to maximize productivity and return on investment.
Requirements:
  • M.S. in Computer Science/Business Analytics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product & program management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in product management, with progressive levels of responsibility and a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate a team of product managers, foster a collaborative environment, and drive product excellence.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Deep understanding of organization data & analytic opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, technical concepts, and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and articulate product vision and strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Sound business judgment and financial acumen to evaluate product opportunities, develop business cases, and manage product budgets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the company's products.
