Program Overview

The Stanford Tri-Valley Family Medicine Residency Program is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of family medicine education and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Director in overseeing the administration, educational activities, recruitment, evaluation, and supervision of residents.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum to enhance resident learning and clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless program operations and resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and resident education.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree with certification in Family Medicine.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in educational and/or administrative roles with prior teaching experience in an ACGME-accredited residency program.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to representing the program regionally and nationally through promoting exemplary clinical practice, medical education, and scholarly activities.
