Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking merchandise, processing transactions, and answering customer questions.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
