About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a Physical Therapist I, Outpatient Pelvic Health Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patient populations for pelvic health therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and fecal incontinence
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Provide education to patients and families on pelvic health and treatment options
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapy assistants as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
