Meadowood Resort Front Desk Specialist

Meadowood Resort LLC is in search of a Front Desk Specialist to enhance our exceptional team of hospitality professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exemplary service to all visitors, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests
  • Resolve guest inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and billing processes
  • Maintain an orderly and welcoming reception area
  • Ensure necessary supplies and resources are readily available
Qualifications:
  • Proven guest service expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Willingness to work during weekends
Education and Experience:

Prior experience in front desk operations or hospitality, along with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, is required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Combination of standing and sitting tasks
  • Ability to perform physical activities, including bending and lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Good vision and hearing capabilities
