Position Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for executing a range of light maintenance and custodial tasks to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of residential spaces, office areas, and shared community environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dusting and sanitation of bathroom fixtures and floors, as well as managing waste disposal and debris collection throughout the premises.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, facility management, or construction, or a combination of relevant training and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; attendance at a technical training program is advantageous.
