Job Title: Traveling Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a contract basis. As a traveling SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to adult, and provide speech therapy services to maximize their communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation and treatment, to help them recover and improve their communication and swallowing skills.
  • Communicate patient progress and problems to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology, accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
