Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients within designated timeframes.
  • Gather timely and relevant data, analyzing and interpreting it based on evidence-based standards.
  • Provide thorough documentation summarizing the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record, which includes nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and goals.
  • Monitor the progress towards established goals after implementation.

Qualifications:
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • CDR Card
  • Bachelor's degree (acceptable); Master's degree (preferred)
  • BLS Certification
