Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients within designated timeframes.
- Gather timely and relevant data, analyzing and interpreting it based on evidence-based standards.
- Provide thorough documentation summarizing the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record, which includes nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and goals.
- Monitor the progress towards established goals after implementation.
Qualifications:
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- CDR Card
- Bachelor's degree (acceptable); Master's degree (preferred)
- BLS Certification
