Electric Motor Technician

Job Objective: Responsible for conducting repairs on electric motors, armatures, rotors, generators, and various electrical apparatus.
Qualifications:
Age/Experience: Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in operating core loss testers, hipotential tests, surge tests, and megger test equipment, along with both AC and DC test panels. Ability to perform TIG welding on armature connections and silfos brazed connections. Capable of manufacturing and installing random wound coils, aligning formed coils, and installing coils in form wound armatures. Knowledgeable in proper insulation systems to guarantee quality rewinding practices.
Preferred: Previous winding experience and a valid driver's license.
Requirements: Familiarity with equipment utilized in EMS operations; relevant experience related to EMS job processes; and proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing fluently in English.
Work Ethic: Must possess the initiative and resourcefulness to quickly learn the processes and procedures of the role and to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
