Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to: Oversee and assign tasks based on priorities and established plans. Develop work schedules and track crew attendance. Distribute daily and general responsibilities among team members. Guide, mentor, and train both new hires and current staff. Ensure that manpower and resources are sufficient for project needs.

Facilitate communication among all project personnel to preemptively address potential issues while also identifying and resolving problems as they arise. Uphold all safety measures and quality benchmarks. Supervise the operation of machinery and equipment. Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Provide progress reports to management and engineering teams.

Conduct weekly safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies among all on-site personnel. Operate various construction equipment as necessary. Perform general labor and other construction-related tasks as required. Ensure that all administrative documentation, including time sheets, incident reports, safety meeting notes, safety audits, maintenance logs, expense reports, and affirmative action reports, are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
