RN - Emergency Care Specialist

The RN Emergency at KurzSolutions provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. This role requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to assess patients, develop care plans, and implement interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain patient history and assess patients to develop individualized care plans
- Verify physician orders and execute prescribed treatments
- Document patient progress and interventions in the medical record
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least one year of professional nursing experience
- Current, valid nursing license in a state or territory of the United States
- Minimum 24 months of experience in an emergency room environment within the last 36 months
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Working Conditions:
The Emergency Nurse will work primarily in a hospital setting, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. This role may require working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and responding to emergencies as needed.
