About the PositionWe are currently seeking a Custodial/Cleaner to join our team at an apartment community in Woonsocket, RI. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance, as well as excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Cleaning and preparing market-ready units.
  • Assisting with maintenance repairs, including mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues.
  • Reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Contributing to a team-oriented approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
  • Assisting with snow removal.
  • Maintaining grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings.
